Enter through the keyless mudroom entry and take your first steps into the open-concept kitchen and dining area, designed to blend style with function effortlessly. Wander into the great room, where plush seating invites you to sink in and unwind. Sunlight pours through the grand 25-foot vaulted ceilings, casting a warm, golden glow across the space. Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave. Handy small appliances – crockpot, waffle-maker, and toaster – are also at your fingertips. You’ll find plenty of counter space – including the kitchen peninsula – and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, storage containers, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes.

Newly HGTV design inspired living room with plenty of space, a cozy wood burning fire place and plenty of space for gathering.

There are five parking spaces in the front of the home. Parking is not allowed on the main road.

What areas of the property do guests have access to?
Guests have full access to the entire home and property, including the spacious basement retreat, with the exception of locked supply cabinets in the main floor hallway and basement bathroom.
How do we check in?
Check-in is simple and contactless via a digital keypad on the exterior door. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival.
How many vehicles can we park?
The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Can you describe the basement space?
The basement is a luxurious retreat featuring a lounge area with four oversized bean bag chairs and a 50" Roku TV, a foosball table, a dartboard, and a cozy sleeping nook with four queen-over-queen bunk beds. It also includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious hallway bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a dedicated laundry/mechanical room. Please keep the mechanical room door closed.
Are linens and starter supplies provided?
Yes, all beds are made with fresh linens. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels (2 rolls), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), laundry pods, and dishwasher pods.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes, we welcome a maximum of two (2) dogs. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Please see your booking details or contact us for the exact amount.
Are there rules for the hot tub?
Yes. Detailed hot tub safety and usage rules are sent via email to booked guests and are also posted outside near the hot tub for your reference.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited, per our rental agreement and platform regulations.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM. Please note: Late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for every 15-minute increment after 10:00 AM, which will be charged to the guest.

🚽 SEPTIC SYSTEM: Only flush toilet paper—do NOT flush wipes (even “flushable” ones). Do NOT pour grease down any drain.
🐶 PET RULES: Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in the home. Crate is located in garage or closet. Clean up pet waste from the yard.
🏊 POOL &/OR HOT TUB RULES: No glass around or in the pool. No running, jumping, diving, or horseplay in the pool. No food in the pool or hot tub. Children MUST be supervised at all times. No animals allowed in the pool. No urinating in the pool or hot tub. Use swim diapers for toddlers and babies. Maximum of 4 people in the hot tub. No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.
